Terms of use

Effective October 2, 2026. By using the Le Move app, the lemove.app website or the organizer space, you accept these terms.

The service

Le Move presents a selection of nights in Montréal. We don’t sell tickets: ticket links lead to the organizers’ platforms, which have their own terms.

Information about nights

We’re careful about what we publish, but dates, venues, prices and line-ups can change. Check with the organizer before you head out. Each night is its organizer’s responsibility.

Your account

You’re responsible for access to your account. You can delete it at any time by writing to us.

For organizers

  • You only publish accurate information about nights you organize or have the right to announce.
  • You allow us to show your text and images in the app, on the website and in our communications about Le Move, for as long as they’re online.
  • You confirm you have the rights to the images you upload.
  • We may change how a night is presented, or take it down, if it doesn’t follow these terms or the spirit of the program. We write to you first, except in an emergency.

What isn’t allowed

Publishing false, misleading, hateful or illegal content; using Le Move to send spam; scraping our data; disrupting the service.

Intellectual property

The Le Move name, logo, ticket design and the artwork generated for nights belong to Le Move. Organizers’ text and images belong to them.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Le Move is not responsible for the nights themselves, purchases made on third-party platforms, or changes made by organizers. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Québec’s Consumer Protection Act.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is important, we’ll announce it before it applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and Canada.
